EKFIX LLP ("we," "us," or "our") operates the websites ekfix.com and it’s subdomains hereafter referred to collectively as (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

The Site may allow you to submit or post content, such as comments or feedback ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. 10. Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans for our software, with different features and pricing. Details of our current subscription plans are available on the Site.
Subscription Term: Your subscription will continue for the term you select (e.g., monthly, annually) and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current term.
Payment: You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. We may use a third-party payment processor to handle payments
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and going to the subscription settings. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the software at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or years
Free Trials: We may offer free trials of our software. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription plan unless you cancel before the end of the trial.
• Changes to Subscription Terms: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time. We will notify you of any changes in advance.

11. Data Security

Data Protection: We take the security of your data seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption, firewalls and access controls.
Data Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Service Availability: We will make reasonable efforts to make the software available to you.
Support: We will make best efforts to provide you with email support & phone support during 8am and 5pm WAT.
Exclusions: This SLA does not apply to any downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, internet service provider issues and the like.
• Remedies: If we fail to meet the service availability target, we will either extend your subscription or provide a service credit.
Changes to SLA: We may update this SLA from time to time.
